About Compass Rose
Founded in 2024, the Compass Rose Team is new but not untested.
Our Team consists of interventional radiology/Intensivist trained
Physician Assistants, CRNAs, and Registered Respiratory Therapists selectively chosen based of prior working relationships and proven clinical expertise.
Together, we boast over 100 years of critical care experience and over 100,000 procedures. Each member have maintained full time clinical roles throughout their career and each held clinical supervising roles.
Over the years, we have worked with a great number of Interventional Radiologist/Intensivist. Our goal now is to distill what we’ve learned to further educate and equip our counterparts with the skills needed to provide the best care possible.

Joshua Jones
5 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit, Interventional Radiology, and Internal Medicine. Project Manger (International, ICU)
Tony Wann
40 years of experience in Acute Critical Care & 20-plus years of experience as an AHA Instructor, Tony offers separate services, including (ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP, & Airway Management) at TRW Medical Training.
Alex Rangel
10 years of experience in Interventional Radiology, Emergency Medicine, and Spine Surgery, Extensive Background in Training Medical Students and Advance Level Providers
Cheyenne Houser
29 years of experience with diagnostic radiology and interventional radiology procedures, extensive background in training both Residents and Physician Assistants
Brian Rivard
20 plus years of experience in Radiology, extensive background in training both Residents and Physician Assistants
